I just wish someone at Rogers would take responsibility for advising customers about what's going on and issuing updates as things progress. Right now, the key word is patience because there's currently no ETA for fixing things, which says a lot about the serious nature of the problem. She acknowledged it all started with changing our user ID's to our email address. Although she's not privy to all the details, there's a lot going on to resolve this.
UPDATE: I spoke with a very helpful lady at the help desk and she really helped me understand the problems we're experiencing. After all this time, it's hard to believe that no one at Rogers has communicated to its customers about the status of this issue. This whole thing is plain stupid and Rogers needs to smarten up. I've lobbed a grenade in a PM to Community Helps and will be doing my own escalation. It has supposedly been "escalated", whatever that means. At the time, I was willing to accept that some apps were not available on BB devices but when I could no longer listen to my favorite NHL team on my phone I moved on.
